Introduction to Timor Coffee

Timor Coffee

Located between Australia and Sulawesi, Timor is a tiny island with some wonderful small-scale coffee farming going on. All Timor coffee is grown without chemicals, and is internationally certified organic while being grown on small-holder coffee farms. Recently wet mills were also established so coffee can properly go through the wet processing process.

The coffees of Timor are something to behold, when done right. They have a very mild, sweet, and musty aroma and provide a clean, full, well rounded, sweet, and cocoa toned cup.
